Cancel Your Appointment!
Every week a large number of patients fail to attend booked appointments. Please let us know as soon as possible if you can’t keep your appointment then we can give it to someone else!

Out of Hours

After 6.00 pm each evening and at weekends and bank holidays the Health Centre is closed. Your call is then answered by the Lagandoc Service who will pass your call on to the duty doctor(s). The doctor will then decide whether it is appropriate to give advice, issue a prescription, see you at the out of hours centre or to see you at home.

Completion of Forms

Not all forms can be completed by a GP.

We are more than happy for you to leave the form and we will check if it can be completed, unfortunately completion cannot be guaranteed
