The Practice is committed to ensuring that our staff treats our patients with dignity and courtesy at all times. We expect our patients to treat staff in the same manner. We support the NHS zero tolerance policy with regard to violent and abusive behaviour and the Practice has the right to remove violent patients from the list with immediate effect in order to safeguard practice staff, patients and others.
